- The stated price is for 2 people per room (maximum 2 people allowed), no additional guests allowed in all rooms ×

- If you miss checking the transportation method when booking a room type, admission may be denied and cancellation (refund) is not possible. ※Walk-in reservation ⇒ vehicle admission not possible ※

- Please check the check-in time for each room type to ensure a comfortable stay.

- If you do not have an ID or are uncooperative upon check-in, admission may be denied and cancellation may not be possible. (Driver's license, ID card) allowed (mobile ID card ×)

- Minors of the same sex or single minors are not allowed to check in (affiliate's own policy).

- If minors are accompanied upon check-in (if family relationship certificate, resident registration copy, guardian consent form are not provided, cancellation (refund) is not possible and admission may be denied).

- Refunds are not possible for reservations made without prior notice or confirmation from the affiliate.

- Pets are not allowed (forced eviction and no refund if violated).

-After check-in, if there is loud noise or disturbance, you may be forcibly evicted without a refund.

- A parking fee of 20,000 KRW per hour will be charged for advance parking.

- Vehicle parking is subject to the same check-in time, so please be aware of this.

- 1 vehicle can be parked per room (Day Use, overnight stay), additional vehicle parking is not allowed.

- Cancellations and refunds due to unfamiliarity with this notice are not possible, and the affiliate is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by this.

- Space may be limited on weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) and public holidays, so please inquire in advance.

★★★★Before booking, please be sure to check and inquire. (Due to unfamiliarity with parking information, parking requests or cancellations/refunds are absolutely not possible.)

☞If you are unsure of your vehicle type, please be sure to inquire.

☞Due to very limited parking space, please inquire with the front desk before booking for SUVs, RVs, sports cars, luxury foreign cars (vehicles that cannot be loaded in mechanical parking), Grandeur and higher-grade large vehicles (long body), and tuned vehicles.

☞Mercedes-Benz and electric vehicles are absolutely not allowed in tower or outdoor parking.

☞1-ton trucks and all trucks can be used after prior inquiry for parking (including body, refrigerated trucks, double cab).

☞Reservations for which vehicle parking is not possible will result in [no refund and no admission].

☞Only 1 vehicle can be parked per room, and due to limited parking space, parking can be used simultaneously with check-in.

All rooms are non-smoking, smoking areas available in the building.

Pets (dogs/cats) are not allowed.
