Good for one person~ It is tidy, but the bathroom seems a bit old~

The staff are friendly and parking is convenient.

I stayed alone on a business trip. Midmelly, I was worried about noise because the area is an entertainment district, but there were no other available rooms nearby so I chose this place. It was cleaner than I expected, and there was no background noise, so I slept comfortably. They provided only the essentials. That's fine for a place to stay, right? ^^

I found a used condom on the floor by the bed. Also, I woke up in the early morning because it was hot and noticed the air conditioning was off, so I turned it back on but it would not start. When I called the front desk, they did not apologize and only said, "Ah... what can we do, this is difficult for us too." I asked if they could at least change my room, but they said they were fully booked and could not. When I asked if the AC was centrally controlled, they said it was not, then offered to bring a fan, so I accepted and used that. Then exactly at 10 AM I suddenly heard a beeping outside, so I tried the AC again and it finally turned on. (It had not turned on at all when I tried it intermittently during the night.) It seemed like they had intentionally restricted it, and since this was not a cheap stay, I feel upset and will not use this place again.

[Lost Car Key in Mechanical Parking, Worst Response] I left the car key inside the car while the staff valet-parked it in the mechanical parking. The next day when we went to get the car, the doors were locked and we assumed the key was inside. The cause was that, during the handover between staff members, the key had been stored in the wrong place, but we could not know that at the time and assumed the key was in the car, so we called the insurer's emergency roadside service. I explained the situation to the manager, but she denied any fault and told us to check the CCTV ourselves, avoiding responsibility. Even more outrageous, although the tow truck driver from the insurer had arrived to open the car, the staff delayed and did not retrieve the car. In the end the tow truck driver left for another call, and we left 30 minutes later than planned, which disrupted our schedule. After a long argument we did receive an apology. However, she never admitted what she had done wrong and only kept repeating a formal "sorry," which did not feel sincere at all. It was later revealed that the motel had clearly been negligent by storing the car key in the wrong place. I understand that a mistake in storing a car key can happen. But when a problem occurs, I was very disappointed by the service mindset that chose to avoid responsibility, buy time, and offer a perfunctory apology instead of identifying the cause and resolving it quickly. I'm leaving this review in hopes no one else goes through the same experience.

The location was really good.
