The staff were friendly. However, even though there were available rooms, they said I could not change rooms by paying an extra fee. They said I had to cancel the reservation itself to change it. The accommodation is different from the photos. It is old. It was fine for me, but... The bathroom and shower area are separated, but there is no lighting. Also, it seems they do not clean at all. The entire glass partition is covered with disgusting limescale buildup. The showerhead is old and dirty... It was a disappointing place for my business trip. Please pay a little more attention to cleaning and maintenance~~
