When visiting by car, please use the underground parking lot to the left of the main gate.

For Starex vans and large trucks weighing 1 metric ton or more, please inquire in advance before parking.

For imported vehicles, including those in the 7 Series or higher, please inquire in advance before parking.

Small and medium-sized vehicles (vehicles that can be loaded into the tower): Please drive into the tower on the first basement level and come back up immediately; our staff will go down to assist you with loading (when exiting, please use the self-exit method indicated next to the tower).

Note: When exiting, align your vehicle’s wheels with the yellow turning disc directly in front of the tower and use the left/right turn buttons on the control panel to rotate your vehicle!

Due to the nature of the automated parking system, certain vehicle types, including some SUVs and RVs, are strictly prohibited from using the automated parking system.
