Guests may be assigned a room of the same type but different from the photo.

Early check-in or late check-out incurs an additional fee and is only possible if there are available rooms on the day of check-in or check-out.

The hotel is not responsible for any loss or theft of customer's belongings within the hotel.

Guests may be asked to vacate immediately if excessive drinking or disruptive behavior occurs in the room.

A fee of 25,000 KRW will be charged for lost room key cards.

All guests entering the room must present a valid ID.

Temporary ID cards and photos of ID cards are not accepted.

In case of damage, theft, defacement, or contamination of any facilities/items within the hotel, restoration costs may be charged.

Room rates are based on 2 guests, and for rooms other than Deluxe and Terrace rooms, direct verification of the number of guests is required.

Even for special rooms that can accommodate more than 2 guests, an additional fee may be charged if extra guests stay for more than 10 minutes beyond the standard occupancy.

Parking is limited to one vehicle per room. (However, parking is not available if you booked with a Walk-In Special or No Parking option.)
