Guests with Saturday night reservations can use the parking lot starting 1 hour before check-in.

Guests who wish to park earlier, please contact the hotel 2 days in advance.

The standard occupancy upon check-in is 2 people, and no additional people are allowed.

For Twin rooms, the standard occupancy is 2 people, with a maximum of 3 people.

If the standard occupancy is exceeded, an additional 10,000 KRW per person must be paid at the front desk.

1. Storage Period

Lost items are stored for approximately 1 month from the date of receipt.

If the owner does not confirm or request retrieval during the storage period, processing procedures will proceed according to regulations.

2. Disposal and Processing Standards

Lost items that have exceeded the storage period will be disposed of or donated in an appropriate manner, according to relevant laws and internal hotel regulations.

For hygiene reasons, food, disposable items, perishable goods, etc., may be immediately discarded according to separate regulations.
