The staff who responded were kind.. The duvet cover and pillowcase had not been properly washed, so I asked to have them changed and they upgraded me, which I appreciated, but I wish the room I moved to had been cleaned better. The table, windowsill, and air purifier were full of dust, so I wiped and shook them, but I ended up not using them.. The air conditioner should be cleaned as well.
