Hmm.. I travel a lot for business and pleasure all over the country, but I have never seen conditions like this.. I went because there were no other rooms nearby, but it really seemed like no cleaning had been done, they did not even provide the usual bottled water... I could hear loud conversations from the hallway, and the stone bed was hard so sleeping was uncomfortable.. I usually do not deduct stars, but this was severe. Dust and a few hairs can be expected since people clean, but this was beyond that: the bedding, the floor, the bathroom had a huge amount of hair. The sink had stains as if someone had dyed their hair; when I wiped it with my hand it came off. That shows they had no intention of cleaning. They just tidied the bedding and roughly took out the trash and ignored the rest. I hope they improve after this.
