The property operates with a non-face-to-face self-check-in system.

Room passwords will be sent to your registered contact information between 3 PM and 4 PM on the check-in day. Please inform us in advance if you need to change your contact method.

On-site staff may request ID verification, and refusal may result in inability to check in.

Minors cannot stay alone. If detected, entry will be refused, and the booking will be canceled and non-refundable.

Entry may be refused for unverified IDs or minors, and this will not be a reason for refund.

Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is before 12 PM.

The representative images on the site and the actual room design may differ. Cancellations and refunds are not possible due to such reasons.

There is no charge for additional guests beyond the standard occupancy.

However, an additional charge of 22,000 KRW will apply if extra bedding is requested.

When requesting extra bedding, a bed is not provided; instead, a floor pad, duvet, towels, and amenities are added.

Please note that providing extra bedding may be difficult if requested on the check-in day, depending on the situation.

One vehicle can be registered for free per room.

Parking support hours are from the check-in date until 12 PM on the check-out date.

Parking is available in Ocean Bridge B1, B2, and the parking tower within B2.

The parking lot can be accessed via the entrance between CU and Sujeonggung Building next to 'Mega Coffee' in front of the building, or via the entrance across from 'Gongsi Mandu' store at the back of the building.

If using the underground parking lot within the building, please inform us of your reservation name and vehicle number after entering.

An hourly fee of 4,000 KRW will be charged if the vehicle is not registered.

A washing machine, dryer, standing steam iron, and styler are available in the shared common area of the property.

Guests can use these facilities at any time, and detergent is provided free of charge.

For the convenience of guests, luggage can be stored before and after check-in/check-out. Available from 10 AM to 8 PM.

All rooms are operated as non-smoking rooms.

A separate smoking area is provided within the property.

This property does not allow pets.

If detected, guests will be asked to vacate immediately and entry will be refused, and the booking will be canceled and non-refundable.

Availability of early check-in and late check-out is determined based on room availability on the day.

If available, an additional fee of 11,000 KRW per hour will be charged.

Late check-out is possible until 2 PM at the latest; if desired, please inquire at the front desk before check-out.
