1. Only dogs registered under Article 13 of the Enforcement Decree of the Animal Protection Act are permitted.
2. Dogs must be presented at check-in. (Cats are not permitted.)
3. The owner is solely responsible for any accidents caused by negligence; the establishment assumes no liability.
4. You may be charged for any soiling of bedding sheets caused by your dog’s waste or for any tears in the bedding. (Deposit: 30,000 won)
5. If you bring a dog into a room designated as “no pets allowed,” you may be denied entry, and no refund will be issued.
6. You must not leave your dog alone in the room without supervision while you are out.
. Please note that dogs that make excessive noise will not be permitted to check in and may be required to leave the premises. (No refunds)

All guest rooms at the Yangju Songchu Branch are equipped with a Hanbang PLUS composite filter (which removes 99.9% of residual chlorine in the water that threatens skin health) water softener, providing water quality similar to that of hot spring water,
which offers exceptional moisturizing benefits and helps resolve skin concerns.
Minors are prohibited from using this facility regardless of the reason.
We verify identification for all guests upon check-in.
Use of the facility is restricted if you do not have a valid ID.

If the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy, an additional fee of 10,000 won will be charged per extra guest.
Please be sure to leave your room key at the front desk whenever you leave the hotel. (A penalty fee of 20,000 won, including the cost of replacing the key, will be charged if the key is lost.)
For consecutive night stays: You can stay on weekdays without any additional charges.
