Two sets of double-size sheets and comforters are provided to accommodate the maximum occupancy

One towel is provided per person; please bring extra towels if you plan to participate in water sports.

ㅁ Bathroom: Shampoo, body wash, towels, soap, toothpaste, hair dryer

ㅁ Kitchen: pots, electric induction cooktop, cutlery, dishes, tongs, scissors, ladle, etc. (no glasses)

Cooking, eating, and smoking are strictly prohibited on the balcony.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building—smoking will result in a cleaning fee equivalent to one night’s stay and immediate eviction.

ㅁ Please exercise caution for the safety of both adults and children in the guest room and on the balcony.

ㅁ You will be charged for the replacement cost of any damaged in-room amenities, and you will be charged for the cost of restoring the room to its original condition if you move any items without authorization.

ㅁ During winter, use the “Heater” function on the system air conditioner for room heating. One large electric blanket is provided. Underfloor heating is part of the central heating system and cannot be adjusted individually in each room.

ㅁ Pets are not allowed.

ㅁ B1 Outdoor BBQ Area: There are two ways to use this facility.

1) If you bring your own food: If using only the charcoal grill, refer to the fees below based on the number of people

- Items provided: Charcoal, grill, table

- Usage fee: 2–3 people: 25,000 won; 4 people: 30,000 won;

5–6 people: 40,000 won; 7–9 people: 50,000 won; 10 or more people: 6,000 won per person

You must start your charcoal barbecue by 8:30 PM.

The barbecue area is open until 11:00 PM.

2) BBQ Set Provided by the Korean Restaurant (Highly recommended for couples^^) -

Reservations for the BBQ set must be made at least one day in advance—same-day use may not be available!

Per serving: 200g of pork belly and pork neck, sausages, lettuce wraps, kimchi, and a charcoal grill (alcohol sold separately)

You can order a bowl of rice for 1,000 won, soybean paste stew for 7,000 won, and ramen for 5,000 won

If you plan to shop at a supermarket after arriving in Cheongpyeong, some supermarkets in downtown Cheongpyeong will provide free transportation to your vacation rental if you make a purchase of a certain amount.

(365 Mart Jangteo Branch, 365 Mart Main Branch, Cheongpyeong Discount Mart, Lemon Mart, etc.)

After visiting the supermarket, please first check your purchase total and the supermarket shuttle schedule (the schedule for shuttles going to Dolphine Resort). If possible, take the supermarket shuttle to Dolphine Resort.

From Cheongpyeong Station/Bus Terminal, take Bus No. 23 or 23-1 and get off at Haebangchon Village (Bus Stop No. 44096).

If taking a taxi, the fare is just over 10,000 won.

It is mandatory to notify us of any minors staying at the time of booking. Failure to do so will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Same-sex stays by minors are permitted only with a written consent form from a legal guardian.

If you do not notify us in advance that minors will be staying, you may be refused check-in upon arrival.

Alcohol and tobacco are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction.

To fulfill our duty to protect minors, we require a parental consent form for the stay.
