- Smoking is prohibited in all areas within the building except for designated smoking areas.
(Upon detection, guests will be asked to vacate immediately and a fine of 300,000 KRW will be charged for damages.)
- Minors (under 19 years old) are only allowed to check in with a guardian.
- Excessive drinking/singing/noise may result in guests being asked to vacate immediately.
- Users are responsible for any loss or damage to facilities, so please be careful.
- Fire-hazardous materials (gunpowder, fireworks, etc.) and tape are not allowed in the rooms.

- No pets allowed.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas within the building. Smoking areas are located outside on the 1st floor.
All rooms are non-smoking, and guests found smoking will be charged a cleaning fee and asked to vacate immediately.
If the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy, an additional 10,000 KRW will be charged per person aged 3 years and older.
Additional bedding costs 10,000 KRW.
1) For same-day reservations, cancellations can be made via the app or website within 1 hour of completing the reservation.
2) Even within 1 hour, cancellations are not possible if the check-in time has passed.
3) For reservations made after 3:00 PM on the day of check-in, cancellations can be made via customer service within 15 minutes.
4) Minors cannot stay without the accompaniment of a legal guardian. If check-in is refused for this reason, cancellation and refund are not possible.
5) For cancellations due to natural disasters such as typhoons or heavy snow, documents such as flight cancellation certificates may be requested, and cancellation may not be possible depending on the severity of the disaster.
6) Early check-out, unilateral cancellation, or partial cancellation due to personal reasons are non-refundable.
