We were very flustered because my son's dorm check-out time was suddenly changed to 9:00 a.m., so we had to leave earlier than expected. I had a flight, so I told my son to go to the accommodation first, but he had a lot of luggage and it was his first time going there, so we were worried. Fortunately, the owner understood our situation and treated us with warm consideration, which allowed us to start our schedule with peace of mind. That kindness was a huge help and I am still grateful. The accommodation was overall neat and comfortable, so we were able to stay comfortably, and we used the Styler conveniently. The breakfast was prepared with care and was delicious, so we could start the day feeling satisfied. What I remember most is the owner's kindness and thoughtful consideration. Thanks to that, our time in Gwangju became a better memory. I can confidently recommend this place to anyone going to Gwangju. I will definitely use it again next time I go to Gwangju. Thank you! 😊🙏

I want to use this place every time I go to Gwangju. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was soft and comfortable. There was no cigarette smell, so I was very satisfied. The owner is friendly 👍🏻👍🏻 It's close to Gwangju Bus Terminal, and there are convenience stores and E-Mart nearby, so it's convenient for buying snacks. There are many massage chairs on the second floor, so you don't have to worry about privacy. I'll visit again when I come to Gwangju to watch baseball.

I'm not sure if someone intentionally opened the window and was being intimate, or where the noise was coming from, but in the early morning there were repeated rattling/shaking sounds. I wanted to sleep comfortably, but I was really stressed and couldn't sleep. The soundproofing seems poor.
There was a simple self-serve bar on the 1st floor with toast, cereal, and coffee. I didn't try them, but on the 2nd floor there were massage chairs, a washing machine, and a dryer available, and if you tell the front desk you can rent things like badminton (there's a badminton court across the street in the open area in front of the property!), wine corkage service, laptops, etc., which was nice. The owner kindly lends them. The room was clean and spacious, so I stayed comfortably. There is an E-Mart and Shinsegae Department Store across the street, and Gwangju U-Square is very close by on foot, so the location is great. The room condition was excellent, and it's a place I want to visit again.
