I originally loved this place for its quality at this price and went several times, but recently prices have gone up a lot so I only visit occasionally when it's cheap, which is a shame. Still, the accommodation quality is really good. There is really nothing to eat nearby so you have to bring food. The ocean view is wonderful and the sound of the waves helps me sleep. If you're lucky they upgrade you to a room with a massage chair, which is great haha.
I was surprised because the facilities were clean and nice. The semi-open area was larger than I expected, and although previous reviews said the top being open was a downside, after using it myself I found the openness to be fun haha.
The ocean view is beautiful. The room was bright and clean. I especially liked that the bedding was pure white. I used the place occasionally, but I was disappointed with the room cleaning on the 14th and the 21st. On the 21st there were two hairs on the bedding, one long hair on the bathroom floor, one in the sink, and under the curtains there were many hairs and dust tangled together, which was very disappointing.

There was dust left on the floor, and the sofa was dirty with stains. The hygiene is poor. The underground parking in particular is narrow, so cars are likely to get scratched.

The accommodation was excellent. I don't usually leave reviews, but it was so good that I'm writing one. The place was clean. It looked small in the photos, but it was bigger than I expected, and best of all, the ocean view... it was beautiful both day and night. The host was very kind and the amenities were good. And the water pressure in the shower was especially satisfying!! Even if a place has nice facilities, some have weak water pressure, but this hotel had water pressure that, by my standards, ranks among the best I've experienced!! Everything was great, and I thought it would be nice to come again with my family. If I go to Ulsan again, I will visit again^^
