As soon as I entered the room, the doorbell kept ringing every 30 seconds and there were continuous rattling sounds of the door opening :( I waited 5 minutes and called the front desk, but they only said it was a system malfunction. After the call it quieted down a bit, but an hour later the doorbell and rattling started again. I went out and called the front desk again, and they just repeated that it was a system malfunction. No action was taken. It was so noisy and unsettling that I couldn't sleep and left.

When I stayed several nights for a business trip, they did my laundry, which was very convenient.
