They handled customer service so well that I had no discomfort during my stay. By my standards, the bed was more comfortable than any place I have stayed so far, so I slept very well. There are plenty of things to do and eat nearby, so I highly recommend it for anyone staying in Ingye-dong ^^ Be sure to try the sauna and jacuzzi.
I always leave feeling fully relaxed and very satisfied!

They had written "Weekdays (Sun–Thu) check-in at 3 PM," so I went there accordingly, but they said only weekdays are 3 PM... Even when I showed them on my phone that it said Sun–Thu, they said, "Isn't it marked as weekdays? Your reservation will show check-in at 6 PM." I didn't want to cause a scene while on a trip, so we killed time nearby and went in later. The parking lot is narrow but there are many cars, so double parking is common, and I could hear the parking lot noises all night—maybe the soundproofing is poor. The facilities themselves are nice. The rest, I'm not sure..
The place was very clean and the atmosphere was so nice, so it was great to make happy memories with my partner.
There were used towels and the cleaning was a bit lacking.
The parking area is spacious.
