Putting cleanliness aside, being friendly when dealing with customers is basic. If that friendliness is difficult for you, hire friendly staff to handle customers. Many reviews mention unfriendliness yet you seem unwilling to fix it. No matter how nice the accommodation is, customers will not return if staff are unfriendly. Please think deeply and reflect.
Relatively clean compared to places near the terminal. However, the room lighting is a bit dim, which is slightly disappointing. Another nice point is that breakfast is served from 7:00 to 22:00, and there is a public computer where you can print. But after checking out on the morning from Friday to Saturday I went in to eat and was told that on weekends it is not available in the afternoon — I was surprised.
I had an event in Jeonju and wanted a room that was a bit larger and comfortable. The nearby express bus terminal made it convenient to host elders coming from other regions. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and the bathtub was large and nice. I also liked that there was a snack bar and a water fridge in the lobby, and the soundproofing is good.

The facilities are very clean and the staff were friendly, so I was able to rest comfortably.

It was clean and nice.
I stayed one night as a short rest stop rather than for a Jeonju trip. First, the positives: the room and bathroom conditions were good. Also, the free breakfast and the large bathtub were great for the kids to play in. The negatives: the heating seems to be centralized so you cannot control it individually, and it was too hot. When we opened the window the traffic noise made it impossible to sleep 😢 The sofa cover is badly damaged and appears to need replacement. There is an air purifier, but the room was so dusty that running it would probably make things worse, so we did not use it. Cleaning is needed. Lastly, the bathroom size and general condition were fine, but the glass partition is not frosted, so even among family or couples it felt a bit uncomfortable for both the person using it and anyone else present. It would be nice to have internal blinds in front of the tub and toilet. 😢 On weekends and peak season there is an extra charge of 20,000 won per person. Since the room rate is not cheap, with that additional fee a family stay could become burdensome.
It was tidy and the bed was comfortable. If only the odor issue is improved, it would be better.
