- Check-in: 5:00 PM
- Check-out: 12:00 PM
- Late Check-out and Early Check-in are subject to room availability and require prior confirmation.
- Deluxe and Premium rooms can accommodate up to 3 people in some cases - prior contact with the hotel is required.
- For additional guests beyond the standard occupancy, including infants and children, an extra fee of 10,000 KRW per person will apply (on-site payment).
- No twin beds in all rooms.
- Extra beds are not available, but extra bedding can be provided.

- Parking location: On-site parking garage, outdoor parking lot
- Parking fee: Free parking for guests (1 vehicle per room)
- Parking capacity: 12 vehicles in the building's parking garage, 15 vehicles in the outdoor parking lot
- Special parking notes: The indoor parking garage uses a tandem parking structure (vehicles parked one behind the other). If there is another vehicle behind yours when parking, please leave your car key at the counter when checking in.
The outdoor parking lot is located right next to the hotel and can accommodate about 15 vehicles, including large vehicles such as top-load trucks, trucks, and buses.
- If valet service is needed, please inform the 1st floor counter upon check-in, and they will assist you.
