There was an issue, but they responded well, so I was satisfied.
The room was cool and nice.
I used to come here often and booked again, but it has really changed. I checked in at night and went to the bathroom to wash my hands, and a sewage/poop smell came up from the drain. The towels and bed sheets were covered in stains and even had body hair. After washing, when I wiped with a towel an enormous amount of dust came off, and dust stuck all over my face, hair, body, and even my clothes, so I kept sneezing and my face was itchy. In the morning the water wouldn’t come out when I tried to wash. It was really the worst. From now on I’ll use another company even if I have to pay more.
Overall it was clean and there were food options, so I had a fun time.

When visiting by car, the back entrance is narrow and poses a risk of accidents, so we recommend using the main entrance.

Actual rooms assigned to guests may have partially different internal structures and options.
For event rooms, rooms are randomly assigned at check-in.
Specific room designation or reservation is not possible; room assignment is done at check-in.
After check-in, requests for booking cancellation due to these reasons are not possible.
If a room upgrade occurs, and you extend day use or your stay afterward, you will be charged based on the upgraded room's rate. In case of duplicate bookings depending on reservation status, room changes may occur.
Our hotel operates non-smoking rooms for rooms equipped with two beds,
and we maintain non-smoking rooms for non-smoking guests.
Damages or destruction of room fixtures or furniture due to candle use, dyeing, throwing objects, etc., will be compensated. Smoking detected in non-smoking rooms will also result in compensation charges.
In preparation for the novel coronavirus,
our hotel thoroughly manages cleanliness, including front desk staff wearing masks and CESCO disinfection.
Our hotel recommends guests store their valuable items, valuables, and cash at the front desk for safety.
Please understand that the hotel is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
On the 2nd-floor snack bar, a soda dispenser, slush machine, coffee vending machine, toaster, popcorn machine, ice dispenser, microwave, and various disposable items are provided free of charge.
If identification such as a resident registration card is requested to verify that a person is under 19 years old and refused, entry to the room will be denied, and refunds will not be possible. We ask for your understanding.
