They gave me a room larger than I expected, which I liked. However, since it seemed not to be used often, there was mold in the bathroom, which was a bit off-putting. With the rainy season starting, it looks like it needs maintenance.
The room was clean and well maintained. I was worried because the underground parking was said to be tight, but there is a large above-ground parking lot beside the building, so parking was easy. There is a laundry room and a small shop in the building, and the accommodation is near Olle Market, so there are many restaurants and it was convenient to order delivery. For the price, I was very satisfied and would like to stay again.
This is the place I always stay when I travel to Jeju. This time there was no ocean view, so I was a little disappointed, but it was a relaxing trip that brought me peace of mind. Thank you.
Parking is spacious and nice. I would visit again. haha
The price was affordable and the room condition was good, and they upgraded me to an ocean view at check-in so I stayed even more satisfied~
Pros: The room was clean and the location was good. Overall I was satisfied. Cons: The water pressure is weak and the water temperature cannot be adjusted.

I stayed two nights with great value! The accommodation was clean and the bed didn’t hurt my back. The staff were all friendly and keeping the place tidy is awesome. I plan to come here again when I visit Jeju 👍👍
Very good~ We have one child and one dog, so it was a hassle to bring a pet stroller, but there was a free pet stroller rental service, so we were very satisfied. The suite is a size that is more than enough for a 4-night, 5-day stay. I think we will use it again.
Basic amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc.) are not provided. (Eco-friendly campaign as of August 1, 2021)
Due to the nature of design hotels, rooms of the same type may have different interior designs.
Damage to property, loss, or contamination of bedding within the room may incur charges. (Direct payment to the hotel)
Floor heating is not available in all rooms.
Netflix / TVING / Disney+ OTT streaming services can be used with the guest's personal account. (Log out required at check-out)
After 12:00 AM, please be mindful of noise for the sake of neighboring rooms.

All guests are required to present identification. (Entry restricted if ID is not presented)
Minors (including single individuals) are not permitted to stay alone; normal check-in is only possible when accompanied by a legal guardian.
※ Even with phone confirmation/guardian consent for accommodation, single minor stays are strictly prohibited.
All rooms are non-smoking areas.
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
If smoking occurs in the room, the fire alarm may activate, and a special cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged upon detection.
Pets are allowed only in pet-friendly rooms.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per room.
Accommodation for one pet is included in the pet room rate; an additional 15,000 KRW per night will be charged for a second pet.
Pets exceeding 11kg are not allowed. If two pets are brought, both must be small dogs weighing less than 5kg.
Two complimentary potty pads are provided daily.
Pets cannot be left alone in the room while guests are out.
When items are lost or found, they are recorded in the [Lost and Found Record Book] and stored and managed at the 1st floor front desk.
We do not contact guests separately when items are lost or found. If there is no contact from the guest, items will be disposed of after one month.
If lost or found items are food, they will be disposed of on the same day.
We do not provide courier services. However, if a guest requests a courier visit, we will hand the item to the courier staff. (Collect on delivery only)
There is no elevator in the underground parking lot of the building, so please unload your luggage at the 1st floor parking entrance.
Please inquire at the front desk for questions regarding the use of the auditorium and laundry room.
Breakfast service will be temporarily suspended due to facility reorganization and environmental improvement work in the breakfast restaurant. We appreciate your understanding and will announce the resumption of operations separately.
