I booked because of the good reviews, but it was really disappointing. Maybe it was just my experience... In the first room there was a dead bug, some broken parts, and overall everything felt very worn. They immediately changed the room for me, but the replacement room was also really poor. It looked like the cleaning wasn't done properly: there were hairs on the bathroom sink and floor, the bedding covers were stained, and when I opened the styler it smelled musty so I closed it right away. The air conditioner was so noisy that I had to turn it off to sleep. They cleaned again the next day when I went out, but I wish they had given me a properly cleaned room from the start. The sink faucet was loose, and aside from the exterior and the first-floor lobby which looked clean, the interior felt very old and in need of many repairs. The staff were friendly and nice. They should take better care of facility maintenance.

The price is affordable and I had a good rest while on a business trip~ The parking is mechanical, but they park it for you so it's convenient I'll visit again next time I have a business trip~

The bed is wide so I liked it. The Brown Dot in other areas has smaller beds. I took one star off because even when nobody is in the bathroom, the toilet flushes by itself intermittently, haha. Don't be startled. Also there was a slight smell of smoke. It seems people using the day-use rooms smoke. The couple who came with me said their room smelled too.
The accommodation is clean and the bathroom is separated, which is nice. I was a bit disappointed that disposable items were separated into several packages. Parking is convenient: tower staff park your car and they move it for you at checkout.
