The pool in the suite rooms is not in operation.

Cooking is prohibited; if caught cooking without authorization, you may be asked to leave the premises.

All rooms are based on occupancy for two people and are non-smoking.

The additional charge for each extra person is 20,000 won.

Our hotel account is provided for guests who do not have their own account.

If the number of guests exceeds the limit for the hotel account, you may not be able to use it.

Consecutive night stays are available only for Royal Premium rooms and above.

Once you return your room key and complete check-out, your stay will be automatically processed as checked out, and re-entry is not permitted.

Excessive noise in the room during nighttime hours, damage to property, or causing inconvenience to other guests may result in immediate eviction.

Pets are not permitted in the rooms. Please note that if you are found to have brought a pet into the room in violation of these guidelines, you may be immediately evicted without a refund.

Consecutive-night stays are available only in Premium rooms and above. (Deluxe rooms do not allow consecutive-night stays.)

Top-of-the-line stylers have been installed for business travelers (VVIP, VIP, and Royal Premium rooms).

Bodyfriend massage chairs—Korea’s No. 1 brand—have been installed (VVIP rooms).

Please note that PC use is not permitted in any guest rooms.

Type-C, iPhone, and 5-pin chargers have been installed in all guest rooms.

Guests may store their luggage and bags at the front desk before and after check-in/check-out.

Suite rooms are non-smoking and do not allow cooking.

Parking is available starting from your check-in time if you are arriving by car.

Parking is not permitted before check-in time.

For “Walking Special” rates (including standard room reservations made via the “Walking” option), a separate parking fee of 30,000 won will apply if you arrive by car.

Parking for trucks or vehicles with high clearance may not be available depending on parking lot conditions, so please be sure to confirm parking availability before making a reservation.

One vehicle per room is permitted (including suites).

If the hotel’s on-site parking lot is full, you may park in the off-site parking lot.

When using the off-site parking lot (Hwangje Parking Lot), vehicles must be parked after 9:00 PM

and must be removed by 12:30 PM the following day.

If a vehicle is removed before 9:00 PM or after 12:30 PM the following day, any additional parking fees will be the guest’s responsibility.

(When using the off-site parking lot, you must contact a hotel front desk staff member before parking; if you park there on your own without prior authorization, you will be responsible for the full parking fee.)

Rates may vary during peak seasons, on specific dates, and on public holidays (including the preceding day).
