The facilities are nice and it offers great value, but I was a bit shocked that when someone smoked in the hallway, the staff either would not or could not control it. The front desk seemed to say "please do not smoke," but the person smoked again right after being told. When I reported it, the desk just said "okay, okay" and that was it.
