Hotel Rainbow

The owner is kind, and I go whenever I want a hot spring sauna—it's wonderful ^^ The water is so good, there's nothing more to say.

The staff are friendly, and I like that there is a sauna facility~

The bath was really large and there was a sauna, which was great. Also, since there are many kids' rooms, you can often hear the kids running around with a thumping sound, and someone joked that it sounded like a mouse scurrying, lol.

It was good for a family of five~

Do you clean the bedding??? This is the first time in my life I've been bitten by mites or fleas while staying somewhere. I thought the damp smell on the comforter was tolerable. I also thought the unusual smell on the towels was tolerable. At night my whole body itched so much I couldn't sleep from scratching. When I woke up there were bite marks all along my arm, and I thought it was just me, but a friend who slept under the same comforter was bitten along one side too. I'm using ointment from the clinic. There was no phone number listed so I couldn't call either? Do you even clean this place??

This was our second time booking the same room; we came with the kids They say they want to go again.. haha

The baths and sauna are nice. The accommodation itself is a bit aged, so even with all the indoor lights on it feels somewhat dim, and the room card key did not register well; I mentioned it at checkout and I think they took care of it. The beds felt like king size and there were two, so we pushed them together and used them very comfortably. I recommend it if you are going just for the bath or sauna.
