Nice, Champhil is within a comfortable walking distance~!
I stayed because I was visiting Champhil. The location is good and there is a convenience store on the first floor, which was nice, but the room was a bit small. There are many karaoke places nearby so it was noisy, and the slippers were slippery so I almost hurt my head.
Other than the complete lack of soundproofing in the room right next door, it was fine.

The owner was super friendly~! We arrived a bit early but they had a room available so we could check in early. They were really kind, and the place itself is very clean inside. Above all, the bathroom was really spotless. Only thing is the floor is like marble, so it gets slippery when wet—just be careful about that. The room size was just right and having an inner door was nice. We were three people and the twin bed setup was really comfortable. The TV has YouTube and Netflix. We stayed one night while traveling for an away baseball game, and the location is good! There are many buses that go directly to the ballpark, so it was super convenient and great value. I will stay here again next time I come for an away game!
I use this place every time I travel for business. Very good.
The host is friendly, and the accommodation is clean and nice.

1. ★Karaoke available until 1:00 AM (★However, unlimited use is possible if there is no reservation in the adjacent room, or extended use can be arranged after discussion between both parties. Please inquire at the front desk.) Immediate eviction without warning for unauthorized use.
2. Cooking is not allowed. (Please strictly refrain from cooking foods that can cause odors, such as samgyeopsal and grilled dishes.)
3. Eviction without warning for smoking inside non-smoking rooms (All rooms are non-smoking; please go outside to smoke.)
4. Loud noises outside after drinking will result in immediate eviction.
5. Separate waste collection deposit of 50,000 KRW (Please collect food waste in one place; if not, a refund is not possible.)
6. Additional guests cost 10,000 KRW per person (Up to 6 people are allowed due to COVID-19.)
