Use by minors is restricted; please understand that we will verify identification upon check-in.

Minors are strictly prohibited from checking in unless accompanied by a parent.

If the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy, there is a charge of 10,000 won per person (plus an additional 10,000 won per set of bedding).

No guests beyond the maximum occupancy will be permitted under any circumstances. (No refunds.)

Please contact us in advance if you are traveling with infants.

Mixed-gender groups of three or more are not permitted.

If holding a balloon party, please do not attach tape to the wallpaper or curtains.

If linens or towels are stained by hair dye or other contaminants,

you may be held liable for damages.

Please be careful not to damage the wallpaper when bringing food into the room.

You will be held liable for compensation in the event of excessive damage.

Early check-in & late check-out fees: 10,000 won per hour

If you return your room key more than 5 minutes past the check-out time (for hourly rentals) or more than 15 minutes past the check-out time (for overnight stays),

an additional fee will be charged. Please keep this in mind. (Please confirm your check-out time when making a reservation or upon check-in.)

A fee of 30,000 won will be charged for lost card keys or for the issuance of replacement keys.

Room rates are based on double occupancy (1–2 guests); additional charges apply for exceeding the occupancy limit (10,000 won per person).

Even if you use the room for a short time, the full accommodation fee applies, and room rates must be paid in advance. Rates are per room per week.(10,000 won per vehicle)

Check-in times are until 12:00 PM (noon) for morning check-ins and until 12:00 PM the following day for afternoon check-ins. Additional fees will be charged for exceeding these times (10,000 won per hour).

To verify the age of minors under 19 years of age, we may request presentation of a resident registration card or similar identification; anyone who refuses to present such identification will be denied access to the room.

All cash, other valuables, and items left in vehicles must be kept by the owner; the owner shall not be liable for any cash or other valuables not kept in this manner, in accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act.

Guests may not alter the room’s fixtures or furnishings at their discretion. If a guest or a guest’s visitor damages or causes loss to the establishment’s facilities or property, they must compensate the establishment for the full amount of the damage.

Rooms may not be used for purposes other than lodging.

All rooms are non-smoking.

Smoking inside the room or in the bathroom will result in a cleaning fee, and

if you are caught smoking and a complaint is received from a neighboring room,

you will be immediately asked to check out without a refund.

We provide heating in the winter but do not operate air conditioning.

Conversely, in the summer, we operate air conditioning but do not provide heating, so please keep this in mind!
