It's a bit small but clean and nice.
Located in the heart of Gangnam, transportation is convenient and the surrounding infrastructure is great.
The room was clean and the staff were very kind!

The location is close to COEX and convenient for buses and the subway. I had heard the rooms were small, so I wasn't too surprised. The interior is nice and the layout is efficient, so there were no major inconveniences. It's a good value-for-money accommodation.
The twin room is really small — it's really only suitable for sleeping. Cleanliness was okay. I liked that they stored luggage even on checkout day, and the location is really good. It's perfect if you only plan to sleep there.
I chose this because I had plans in Seoul and was able to rest comfortably 🤭
The staff are friendly and the room is clean. Highly recommend.
It's like a motel, awful. It's a total mess — so why do they charge a deposit?
The room I booked was too small, so I paid an extra fee to upgrade the room~

[Eco Stay Guidelines]
Odd-numbered days: Regular housekeeping / Even-numbered days: Eco Stay
On Eco Stay days, regular housekeeping services will not be provided in guest rooms, and staff will not enter the rooms.
Instead, a set of towels, bottled water, and trash bags will be hung on your door handle.
Please place any trash that needs to be disposed of in the provided bag and leave it outside your room door; we will collect it.

[If You Wish to Use Eco Stay on a Regular Housekeeping Day]
If you press the “Do Not Disturb” button, we will hang the Eco Stay set on your door handle as usual.
To maintain cleanliness, regular housekeeping is mandatory on the 7th day of your stay.
※ If you would like regular housekeeping on an Eco-Stay day, please be sure to request it at the front desk by 12:00 PM.
※ Please contact the front desk with any other questions.
To comply with the Youth Protection Act, Hotel Crescendo Seoul verifies the identification of all reservation holders, accompanying guests, and visitors at check-in. Minors who refuse to present identification will not be permitted to check in, and free cancellations or refunds for reservations resulting from this refusal are strictly prohibited. Therefore, please be sure to bring your identification and cooperate with the verification process.
Only official forms of identification that allow for personal identification—such as a Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, passport, or mobile ID—and that include a photo, date of birth, or fingerprint are accepted.
Please note that you will not be permitted to stay if you present someone else’s ID, a forged ID, or an ID that makes it difficult to verify your identity. If such an ID is discovered, you may be asked to check out immediately without a refund.

If the hotel parking lot is full, we will direct you to a nearby paid parking lot (at the guest’s expense); we appreciate your understanding.
SUVs, RVs, large sedans, and sports cars cannot be parked in the parking tower. (Parking may not be possible depending on the vehicle type, so please check in advance.)
As external parking spaces are very limited, we kindly ask that you use public transportation.
