If check-out time is exceeded, an additional charge will be automatically applied (10,000 KRW per hour) even without prior notice from the hotel.

Check-out times may vary depending on the room type you are using.

The standard occupancy at check-in is 2 people, and additional guests will incur an extra charge payable on-site.

For groups of 3 or more, cohabitation between opposite sexes who are not family members is not allowed. (Non-refundable)

Guests will be charged for damages and cleaning fees if any items provided are stolen, damaged, or stained.

Additional guests beyond the reserved occupancy (including changes to existing guests, and pets) are not allowed. (Non-refundable)

Rates may change during peak season, specific dates, and holidays (including the day before).

Starting March 29, 2024, some accommodations will not provide disposable items (toothbrushes, razors, etc.) for free.

This is in accordance with a partial amendment to the 「Act on the Promotion of Saving and Recycling of Resources」.

Minors are restricted from using the facilities.

Minors can check in if accompanied by a parent.

Failure to present an ID at check-in may result in restricted access, and refunds will not be available in such cases.
