Yeongdeok Goraebul

I went there reassured because reviews said there was no cigarette smell, but the room assigned to me reeked of smoke so badly it made me sick. Fortunately they changed my room. However, the new room's fridge and bathroom had not been cleaned, the towels smelled musty so I was lucky I had brought my own, the duvet had blood stains, and the bathroom floor was full of mold. I go to Goraebul Beach once a year for the Yeongdeok marathon, but I do not want to stay at this place again. They seem to charge double for the marathon but manage the place half as well.

Clean, the owner was kind, and there was no cigarette smell. I liked it. I was so busy having fun that I don't have any room photos~

The accommodation was in very good condition. But as time went on I started to smell cigarette smoke in the bathroom and hallway. It seems to be due to other guests T_T

Good value for money. There is no elevator. Think of it as an ordinary guesthouse.

Clean and nice. I rested comfortably. Good value for money.

It's cold. The place has an impressive, imposing presence.

The staff were very attentive, and for a low price the view was great.

If you know how to enjoy a truly retro atmosphere, this seems like a good place to stay. Before arriving I was worried from the photos that there might be a smell of cigarette smoke, but the cleaning and maintenance were very good and the bedding was clean, so I was able to rest well. I was really curious about the room's ocean view, but our room faced the other direction, haha, and the windows were all blocked off, so that was a shame. It became a place I'd like to visit again.

It's located in front of the beach, so it's great for summer. Overall clean. I had a good rest.
