I had a comfortable stay.

The room bathroom condition was not bad. I had a good rest.

Very good. I recommend it.

They are friendly and it's really great.

When I come on a business trip I stay here; the parking is enormous.

I sometimes go with my husband; I think it's a place in good condition.

There was absolutely no service for guests and we heard very unpleasant remarks. My girlfriend went to ask for extra towels and water in person, but she was met with an angry, unpleasant tone and told there was no unlimited supply and "this is it." Although it felt like we were being treated like criminals when she snapped at us, we kept our composure. We returned late at night after coming back from the event venue and there were no parking spaces. We saw two spots by the counter, cleared away the traffic cones, and parked there, and my girlfriend was scolded two or three times while being pointed toward the outdoor parking, with comments like "There must be a reason you put it here" and "Can't you see?" Her tone was so low and severe that it was shocking. We didn't reply and just said okay, then parked in the poorly visible outdoor lot, but this behavior shows no consideration for guests and I find it regrettable—it's the worst-case scenario. If a guest makes a small mistake or something doesn't go their way, the normal response is to speak politely and ask for understanding; getting angry instead is not acceptable. Many places let guests take towels or water freely, and while we did not expect that, going to ask in person and receiving that attitude shows they gave no thought to the traveler's feelings and have no basic sense of customer service. This is my first time writing a review like this. My girlfriend couldn't even speak up and was left feeling like a criminal, so I couldn't hold back and had to write a few lines.

This accommodation offers great value.

It's a shame OTT doesn't work T_T Still, it was clean so I was able to rest well.
