This is the place I book when I visit for business. The surroundings are quiet and the interior is clean, so I like it.

It was clean and the room condition was mostly good.
This was my second visit, but there are some issues. The facilities and room condition are fairly good. But in room 601 where I stayed, the shower floor seems to be improperly sloped, so the water does not drain well and even fills outside the shower. The floor becomes very slippery because of the water. Also, the downhill slope in the basement parking is so steep that it scrapes the underside of vehicles when entering or exiting. It looks like action is needed.
I often use it when I go on business trips. The rooms are also clean.

Although construction had been suspended for over a year, it has resumed for unknown reasons,

Superior-type rooms are located on the side facing the construction site, so they are likely to be noisy.
