They asked if the top floor was okay. I said yes without thinking and went in, but there was a loud mechanical noise coming from the rooftop above that bothered me a lot. I do not recommend staying on the 7th floor. Still, after midnight when I mentioned it, they immediately changed my room, so I was relieved. The description says "non-smoking", but the hallway and stairs smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Other than that, everything was good.
