Suncheon Shine Hotel (SHINE HOTEL)

Effective January 20, in accordance with the Ministry of Environment’s regulations on single-use items, the free provision of existing amenities is prohibited

Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash have been switched from single-use plastic containers to reusable dispensers.

Some items (toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, soap, and shower towels) will be provided only until December 31, 2023.

Please note that the standard occupancy is two guests; additional fees will be charged on-site for extra guests.

Access is restricted to guests with reservations only; visitors or unauthorized individuals are not permitted, and unauthorized entry may result in immediate eviction.

Minors unaccompanied by a guardian are not permitted to check in.

Please contact the hotel to request the parental consent form for minors staying at the hotel.

Rooms are assigned at check-in and may differ from the images shown above.

Rates are subject to change during peak seasons, on specific dates, and on public holidays (including the day before).

Our hotel conducts room inspections at all times, both before check-in and after check-out.

If you leave without disposing of your trash, a separate cleaning fee may apply (30,000 won).

We will charge a service fee for any damage to or loss of hotel property.

Check-in 4:00 PM, Check-out 11:00 AM; LATE C/O: 10,000 won per hour. A full night’s accommodation fee will be charged for check-outs after 2:00 PM.

For guests staying multiple nights, room cleaning is performed while you are out. As the service cutoff time is 2:00 PM, guests planning to go out after that time are kindly asked to contact the front desk in advance.

Please note that a 10,000 won fee will be charged if you lose your room key.

Please be sure to close the screen door when opening the window.

Cell phone chargers are not provided as standard amenities but are available for rent at the front desk.

Any additional items you may need are available at the front desk.

Our hotel is a residence-style hotel where cooking is permitted.

Rooms where cooking is permitted include the Residence (Double), Residence (Twin), Royal Suite, and Family Suite, and

Optional cooking is available in Standard, Royal Standard, Superior, and Deluxe rooms by renting additional tableware.

There is an additional fee of 20,000 won for rentals.

(Please note that cooking is not permitted in Basic rooms.)

All rooms at our hotel are non-smoking, and a fine of 100,000 won will be imposed for smoking.

Please inquire in advance regarding additional guests after making your reservation.

If you arrive on the day of your stay and request additional guests, bedding may not be available.

Due to our hotel's central location in Suncheon, many non-hotel guests also come to use our paid parking.

The area in front of the parking tower is for waiting vehicles or cars that cannot enter the mechanical tower, so we appreciate your understanding.
