The room was spacious and nice. However, the soundproofing is not very good. Considering the price range, it is acceptable.

To break the perception that traditional business hotels have cramped rooms and to differentiate themselves, we have implemented spacious rooms with a design that separates the toilet and bathroom in every room.
Depending on the room type, each room can accommodate a standard occupancy of 2 guests, up to a maximum of 4 guests. (This applies only to rooms that allow additional guests, and an additional fee of 10,000 won per person applies.)
An additional fee of 20,000 won applies for extra bedding, and individual amenities are provided near the sink in every room.
The PRAUDEN duvet (bedding), made with 90% goose down and 10% feathers, offers abundant down clusters (resilience) and cozy warmth.

Generally, check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is available, but a fee of 10,000 won per hour applies, and it is only permitted until 1:00 p.m. at the latest. If you check out after 1:00 p.m., you may be charged for an additional night’s stay (where applicable).

Please note that the parking lot may be crowded on weekends, and we can prepare your vehicle for departure if you contact us 10 minutes before checkout or leaving.
If you book a Walk-In Special product and bring a vehicle, or if there is more than one vehicle per room, an additional parking fee of 15,000 KRW per night per vehicle will be incurred, limited to available parking spaces.
Delivery food orders and consumption are allowed, but for the comfortable and safe stay of our guests, please pick up and pay for the food at the 1st-floor lobby or the parking lot entrance. Thank you.
Cancellations are possible without penalty up to one day before the reservation. A 100% penalty will be incurred for cancellations on the day of check-in.
