[GOGREEN Policy] Ocean to You Resort is participating in environmental initiatives to minimize waste and plastic emissions.

We avoid the use of packaging materials and disposable items in our operations. Except for bottled water in guest rooms, no other disposable items are provided, and bathroom amenities are supplied in large-size containers.

Additionally, for stays of up to two nights, room cleaning is not provided; for stays of three nights or more, room cleaning is provided once upon request. (If desired, advance request must be made at the front desk by 1:00 PM on the same day.)

1. When purchasing a Pet Room (pet-friendly room), a maximum of 2 small dogs weighing up to 7kg per dog are allowed.

(One pet is included, and an additional fee of 30,000 KRW will be charged if you wish to bring a second pet. However, entry is not permitted if more than 2 pets are brought.)

2. Pet Rooms (pet-friendly rooms) are for dogs only; other pets are not allowed.

3. Dogs that have not received basic vaccinations are not permitted to stay.

4. Upon check-in, an agreement and signature regarding pets will be requested at the front desk.

(Agreement includes items such as recent vaccination within 3 months, carrying dogs in facilities, etc.)

- Pets must be kept in a cage or carried in common areas outside the room (e.g., parking lot, elevator, lobby).

- If found walking freely within the facility, guests will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund. Please keep this in mind.

- Pets must be accompanied even for short outings; if pets are left alone in the room and discovered, guests will be asked to vacate immediately. (Due to potential noise complaints)

- Please wipe your pet's paws upon re-entering the room after an outing.

- Please dispose of waste in the toilet and place pads in a sanitary bag before discarding them in the trash can.

- If bedding, amenities, or facilities in the room are damaged or stained, a separate repair fee will be charged.

If pets are brought without prior permission, guests will be asked to vacate immediately and a penalty will be imposed.

※ Restricted breeds: Pit Bull Terrier, Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Great Dane, Malamute, Presa Canario, Doberman, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, German Shepherd, and other breeds classified as dangerous dogs, including mixed breeds.

- Minors are only allowed to check in with a guardian. Upon check-in, identification, a guardian's consent form, and proof of relationship may be requested, and if verification is difficult, accommodation may be restricted.

(However, minors who have not yet had their birthday in the year they turn 19 may check in without a guardian only if they bring a consent form for accommodation (resort-specified format), a family relationship certificate, and a copy of the guardian's ID.)

Towels are provided for the standard number of guests per room. Used towels can be replaced for a fee after returning them to the front desk (500 KRW per towel, partial replacement not available).
