An extended stay fee of 20,000 won applies for every 2 nights

(Peak seasons and public holidays falling within holiday periods are subject to separate rates; an additional 40,000 won will be charged for two nights.)

Room rates are based on two guests; an additional 20,000 won per person per night is payable upon check-in for extra guests.

If three guests are found in a room, you will be asked to check out immediately and will be automatically charged the corresponding fee. Bedding requests are 20,000 KRW per night (per set), payable upon arrival (additional guest fees apply separately).

For extended stays before check-in or after check-out (overnight stays or day use), an additional 10,000 KRW per hour will be charged.

In the event of damage or soiling, the full repair cost will be charged (including compensation for losses incurred during the period the room cannot be rented out).

Items lost due to personal negligence within the accommodation will be disposed of after one week (in accordance with Article 152, Paragraph 3 of the Commercial Act; the accommodation is not liable).

If smoking is detected in a non-smoking room, you will be immediately asked to vacate the premises and will be charged a fine of 100,000 won.

Pets are not allowed on the premises.

A fee of 30,000 won will be charged for lost room keys.

Rates may vary during peak seasons, on specific dates, and on public holidays (including the preceding day).

The standard allocation is one parking space per room; an additional fee of 10,000 won per vehicle applies for any excess or additional spaces (rates vary between weekdays and weekends). (Please note that availability may be limited depending on circumstances.)

Please contact us in advance if you plan to arrive in a large vehicle, such as a van or truck.

If you plan to arrive by car, please check availability (to ensure the lot is not full) before making your reservation (use may be restricted if the lot is full).
