★Disposable Item Usage Guide★

From February 2023, in accordance with guidelines regulating the use of disposable items, disposable items will unfortunately not be provided in guest rooms.

Amenity sets must be purchased at the front desk, and they include 2 toothbrushes, a razor, a body towel, foam cleanser, toner, lotion, cotton swabs, cotton pads, and a comb.

Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided as multi-use products.

1. Additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy are not permitted.

2. An extra fee will be charged for exceeding the standard occupancy, and payment will be made at the hotel.

3. Minors cannot use the facilities without prior consent or accompaniment from a guardian.

4. Hotel and room images may appear different due to shooting environment.

5. In case of damage to facilities, please inform the hotel front desk, and compensation will be made at the purchase price.

6. Hotel rooms and indoor spaces are entirely non-smoking areas.

7. The bringing in and use of flammable materials (gunpowder, fireworks, gas stoves, mosquito coils, etc.) are restricted in the rooms.

In case of fire due to the use of flammable materials, all responsibility lies with the user.

8. Excessive drinking or noise causing disturbance to other rooms may result in restriction of room use.

9. Due to the government and autonomous province's policy to restrict disposable items for environmental protection,

some amenity products may be purchased and used at the front desk.

10. If items 3, 5, 7, 8, or 9 are violated, room use may be restricted,

and in this case, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, with no separate refund provided.

Sydney Hotel implements its refund policy in accordance with Consumer Protection Board regulations.

In case of cancellation of aircraft take-off/landing due to weather conditions, submission of a confirmation or certificate may be requested.

Check-in closes at 9:00 PM. If you will be arriving late, please contact the hotel in advance.
