Extra guests are 10,000 won per person. The view was nice and everything else was fine, but there was a strange sewer smell coming from the bathroom. 😢😢
It's old but the price and location are good. It's spacious and ideal for an accommodation with an ocean view. However, they sprayed a strong fragrance to cover cigarette smell, so if you are sensitive to scents, I recommend thinking it over.
Good access to Gangneung Gyeongpo Plaza and the beach, and the facilities are clean, so I like it!!
The accommodation was nice... it had a wall view. The location was good and the room size was large. However, there was a bit of an odor~ The hallway smelled too.
There were two beds so I was able to rest comfortably. Great value for money.
I liked it a lot. The beach is right next door, the convenience store is also next door, and the bed is wide. ^^ I had a good rest, haha.
It's nice because it's in front of Gyeongpodae.
It's clean, has a great view, and is so peaceful. I really like it ^^
Location: Very close to the beach. Room condition: Old but not dirty; the room is relatively large. The room has sash windows. The bathroom has been remodeled. Service: Not the kind of company-style smiling service, but the owner is kind.
Please use the microwave, water purifier, electric kettle, etc. in the lobby on the 1st floor. (No electric kettle in the room X)
In accordance with the prohibition of free provision of disposable items in accommodations with 50 or more rooms, please use the vending machine on the 1st floor for disposable items.
Shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, and soap are provided as multi-use items in the rooms.
Parking is available for 25 cars.
If the parking lot is full, please use the nearby public parking lot.
Check-in is from 3 PM on the day of use, and check-out is before 11 AM on the last day of use.
Additional charges will apply for extending the check-out time past 11 AM.
Room rates are based on 2 people per room. For each person exceeding the standard occupancy, an additional fee of (low season - 10,000 KRW, peak season - 20,000 KRW) will be applied.
(Peak season rates apply from July 17th. For multi-night stays, additional charges are billed per night.)
Bedding is not provided for additional guests.
Entry will be restricted if the maximum occupancy is exceeded.
Please keep valuables in the front desk. We are not responsible for valuables not kept in the front desk.
Minors are not allowed to check in without adult supervision.
Pets are not allowed in our accommodation. If found, you will be forced to vacate immediately without a refund, so please be aware.
All rooms are non-smoking. Please do not smoke inside the rooms.
Please use the smoking area on the 1st floor.
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of facilities during use, so please be aware.
Cooking is not allowed in the rooms.
