We operate on an advance reservation basis and on a first-come, first-served basis. (Reservations can be made by phone; same-day reservations are not available; fees apply separately.)

Please call if you need a BBQ package (charcoal, grill, tongs, and scissors provided; beverages and alcohol must be brought separately).

If you bring your own food, we will provide only charcoal and a grill.

An additional fee of 10,000 won applies for extra charcoal. (Additional orders must be placed by 9:00 PM.)

The use of personally brought charcoal or torches is prohibited.

Fire extinguishers are available on the outdoor terrace; please inquire at the counter for first-aid supplies.

Cooking and food preparation are prohibited outside of the designated BBQ area (outdoor terrace).

Flammable materials may not be used inside guest rooms, and guests are solely responsible for any fires caused by their use.

When using the BBQ in this guest room, the use of any personal burners other than those provided by On & Off is strictly prohibited.

(Electric grills, air fryers, burners, torches, butane gas, etc.)

Please exercise caution to prevent safety accidents such as fires and burns while using the BBQ; guests are solely responsible for any accidents resulting from personal negligence.

When using the outdoor terrace, please refrain from making noise and avoid late-night use to prevent disturbance to neighboring guests and other rooms.

On & Off rooms (Standard, Deluxe, Free Suite) and Premium B rooms do not have PCs,

while only Premium A and Suite rooms have PCs. Please note this when making a reservation. Must Read ~~~ (Use of the Free Suite’s outdoor spa is restricted in sub-zero temperatures)

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire property. Guests who smoke heavily inside their rooms will be charged an additional cleaning fee and will not be allowed to make future reservations. We strongly urge you to comply with this policy. (Please open and close the windows on the 6th and 7th floors when smoking.)
