We never reuse any bedding.

We provide only freshly changed bedding to every guest.

We do not wash bedding in-house; we use only bedding and towels that have been delivered in sealed packaging

after completing a three-step process of washing, sterilization, and inspection.

We conduct regular professional disinfection.

Through a professional pest control company, we conduct regular disinfection at least once a month—and at least twice a month during peak seasons—covering the interior and exterior of the building, as well as hard-to-reach areas such as drains.

However, some signs of wear or stubborn stains may remain despite repeated washing.

If you are dissatisfied, please contact the front desk, and we will immediately replace the item with a new one.

We will never provide or share your personal information with any individual or organization

unless required by lawful procedures such as a search and seizure warrant.

All rooms at this property are non-smoking. A KRW 200,000 fine will be charged for smoking in the room.
