Friendly and quiet.

I was on a business trip and had paid for multiple nights. On the first night, I woke up several times because my body was extremely itchy while sleeping in the bed. I decided I had to call the front desk, but they did not answer, so I went down to the front desk. They told me not to come down because it was their break time in the early morning, which surprised me (I did not know staff had a break like that). I asked if I could change rooms, but they said there were no rooms left and that all rooms were the same condition anyway, and that my reservation could not be canceled or refunded. With no option to change rooms or get a refund, I worried I would get sick if I stayed there, so I canceled the reservation and booked another hotel to finish my business trip. (Customer service also told me there would be no refund.) I have never had my body itch at any hotel or motel before. That night, since I had to sleep, I avoided covering myself with the blanket and slept on top of it, which was at least bearable. The mattress cover was very thin cotton, so thin that you could feel the shape of the mattress. The staff made me feel worse by asking why I was calling at that hour and implying that it must not be a problem because other guests were fine. I hesitated to write a review, but I am posting this so other guests do not have the same experience.
