This is a walk-in-only property with no on-site parking.

Since cleaning supplies and delivered goods are frequently moved in and out through the parking lot access road,

we do not provide parking spaces.

Parking is available at nearby public parking lots, and guests are responsible for parking fees.

We are not affiliated with any specific parking lot, and we do not provide parking passes or discount coupons.

Please understand that we cannot provide detailed pricing information as rates at nearby parking lots fluctuate frequently.

Please note that even if you ask upon arrival whether you can park here, we cannot provide a parking space,

and same-day cancellations due to this reason are not permitted.

Due to internal remodeling, brick bathtubs have been added only to the Semi-Deluxe and Deluxe rooms, and all hinoki baths have been removed.

The facility has been renovated to be even more comfortable and luxurious, so we hope you’ll take advantage of it^^

An additional room rental fee applies for consecutive-night stays.

This applies to both weekdays and weekends, and the corresponding room occupancy fee will be added;

it is charged once per day for each consecutive night (1 charge for 2 nights/3 days, 2 charges for 3 nights/4 days).

All rooms are based on double occupancy, and only Deluxe Rooms can accommodate up to 5 guests.

Infants and toddlers do not count toward the occupancy limit, but please note that additional bedding is not provided.

For Deluxe Rooms, an additional fee of 10,000 won applies per set of extra bedding.

Please inquire in advance.

Due to frequent damage and loss, chargers and coffee pots are not currently provided in the rooms.

They are available for rent, but please note that rentals are not available during unstaffed hours.

Information Regarding ID

If you are unable to check in due to not bringing a valid ID, we cannot process a refund or assist with your check-in.

Currently, staff are on duty only from 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM. After that time, please use the kiosk.

All hinoki baths have been removed and replaced with masonry bathtubs only in the Semi-Deluxe and Deluxe rooms, so please note this.

We do not accept any inquiries after 3:00 a.m. Additionally, we cannot assist with check-in issues caused by failure to present a valid ID at the kiosk after this time, so

please be sure to bring a physical ID with you whenever possible.

Pets are not allowed on the premises. (To prevent secondary damage caused by pet dander allergies.)

Due to recent policy changes, disposable items are no longer provided free of charge; please use the vending machines on the first floor.

All rooms at our property are non-smoking.

If any damage occurs—such as unpleasant odors, cigarette ash, or fire—we may charge you for restoration costs or seek compensation for losses resulting from the room becoming unsellable.

If you need to smoke, please use the smoking booth located near the parking lot on the first floor.

An additional fee will be automatically charged 30 minutes after the checkout time. (10,000 won per hour)

Early check-in and late check-out are mutually exclusive options, and check-in and check-out times

may vary depending on hotel policies and circumstances.

Room types are assigned randomly, so we ask that guests carefully review the details

before making a reservation.

At Manwol Hotel, we adhere to a policy of check-in at the scheduled time.

Same-day cancellations are not permitted.

During unstaffed hours, you must check in yourself using the kiosk.

Please note that for hourly room rentals, check-in will not be permitted if you arrive more than 2 hours after your reserved time.

We are currently issuing coupons for in-person payments at our front desk.

You can enjoy a free stay after accumulating 10 hourly rentals or overnight stays, so we hope you’ll take advantage of this offer.
