Smoking is prohibited in all rooms at our accommodation.

Guests who wish to smoke are requested to do so in the parking lot or designated smoking areas :)

Two cars per room is not possible.

We can only accommodate one car :)

Mixed-gender rooms for minors are not allowed.

Rooms are based on 2 people, and please note that drinking with acquaintances (noise in other rooms) may result in forced eviction (no refund).

Rates may vary during peak season, specific dates, and public holidays.

No-Show related (Guests who do not check in after 4 AM without prior notice after reservation will be treated as no-shows (automatic checkout for non-entry). If your check-in is late, please inquire in advance.

No refunds or room entry possible for no-shows :)

Lost items will be discarded after 3 months, so please contact us promptly!
