I had a business trip nearby and was looking for a place with parking, so I came across this place. The accommodation is pretty and tidy, so I was able to relax comfortably haha It was small but there was a full-length mirror, and the furniture and decor showed great taste :-) The bathroom was especially clean and the lighting was bright like in a studio apartment, which I loved. When I asked questions the responses were friendly and quick. The location is close to the main area but slightly set back, so it was quiet and pleasantly relaxed. If I come to Seongsu again I'll stay at Chowon Stay ☺️
I planned a last-minute trip from the provinces to Seoul and was looking for a place to stay the day before. Because the next day was a busy Friday night, there were very few rooms left, so I booked the only available room. I usually check photos and reviews carefully and saw comments saying it felt like a clean friend's studio, so I confirmed the reservation. If I had known the only room was Room 101 on the first floor—right in front of the entrance next to the kiosk—I would have canceled. Paying 110,000 won to check in at 10 PM and try to sleep was too noisy: you could hear everyone passing by and everyone checking in, and we had to whisper in case our conversations were heard outside, which was uncomfortable. Someone who seemed drunk even tapped their card on our door, which made us uneasy. The room was much, much smaller than the photos on the app, and I kept feeling gritty, sand-like particles on the bed cover. With my sensitive skin, I could not call it clean. They should either not make Room 101 available or lower the price so guests would still come. I personally would not return. Oh, a positive: the TV is large and they have Netflix and YouTube.
It was inconvenient because there was no microwave or similar appliances.
So friendly and super clean!! The price is reasonable and I highly recommend it! If I need a place to stay near Konkuk University I only go here!! And the host is really, really kind 🥹 I had a great stay!!

oBasic Regulations
If smoking is detected inside the room, guests will be asked to vacate immediately and a special cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged.
Entry is not permitted without a valid ID (resident registration card, driver's license, passport). Contactless check-in is available via self-check-in kiosks in all rooms.
oAccommodation Information
Hotel mattresses and custom-made bedding are used, and clean, sanitized bedding is provided by a professional laundry service every time.
All rooms have 43-inch/50-inch smart TVs: enjoy Netflix Premium (property account) and YouTube to your heart's content :)
Basic amenities: shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hairdryer, two 500ml bottles of water, amenity kit (toothbrush and toothpaste, foam cleanser, toner, lotion, razor, soap, shower towel, lady's set).
