I think this was my second stay, but I am leaving a review because I saw a nearly dead cockroach in the room when checking out. I suspect the room's basement location increased the likelihood of sightings. At checkout I asked the front desk staff to carry out more thorough pest control, but I am writing this because I want them to take more definite measures. I usually just sleep here, so I find the lack of windows acceptable with an air purifier, and I have no other complaints.
