I loved how clean it was~
I stayed at Hey Chuncheon for the first night of a two-night trip to Chuncheon. I had high expectations from the photos because it looked pretty... However, it felt like a cheaply renovated place and the cleanliness was disappointing. They even started by removing the toothbrush plastic that we hadn't used. The bedding was clean so I slept comfortably.
Nice. It's usable. I like it.
A comfortable, quiet place to stay.
The ondol-style room had a low mattress, so it was comfortable to use with children. The elevator is quite small and parking space is not ample, so you need to be careful when using it. Since I stayed on a weekday there was no noise between rooms, but the sounds of people playing in the room echoed loudly into the hallway and were bothersome.
Clean and the breakfast was tasty~ Overall I'm satisfied ^^

Clean and tidy. Good for families, and couples can relax here in a bright, comfortable atmosphere.
The shower was broken 😢 The projector also did not work well... I just watched TV... The parking lot is small.
Everything was good, but at the front desk there was someone, maybe a part-timer, who only looked at their phone and spoke perfunctorily; other than that everything was great. The room is warm to the point of being hot.
Basic amenities (toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, etc.) are not provided. (Eco-Friendly Campaign, August 1, 2021)

Please be mindful of noise after midnight out of consideration for neighboring guests.
Underfloor heating is not available in rooms with beds.

We verify identification for all guests. (Check-in may be restricted if ID is not presented.)
Minors (including single minors) are not permitted to stay; normal check-in is only allowed when staying with a legal guardian.
※ Even with telephone verification or a guardian’s consent form, a minor may not stay alone under any circumstances.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
Smoking in a room may trigger the fire alarm, and if caught, a special maintenance fee of 300,000 won will be charged.
Pets are allowed only in pet-friendly rooms.
A maximum of two dogs per room is permitted.
Dogs weighing more than 11 kg are not allowed; if two dogs are staying, both must be small dogs weighing less than 5 kg each. (A fee of 15,000 won per night applies.)
Two pee pads are provided free of charge per day.
You may not leave your dog unattended in the room while you are out.
When lost or found items are reported, they are recorded in the [Lost and Found Log] and stored and managed at the front desk on the first floor.
We do not contact guests separately regarding lost or found items; unless a guest contacts us, the items will be disposed of after one month.
If the lost or found item is food, it will be disposed of on the same day.
We do not provide parcel delivery services. However, if a guest requests in-person drop-off of a parcel, we will hand it over to the delivery personnel. (Cash-on-delivery parcels only)
There is no elevator in Cheonggwan.
