All rooms are non-smoking. A fee may be charged if smoking is detected in the room.

A fee may be charged for damage or loss of amenities and facilities in the room.

Cancellations and refunds due to computer specifications are not possible.

Loud noise, drunken disturbances, and party activities that disturb other guests are prohibited. If caught, guests may be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
