A basic amenity set consisting of shampoo (1 bottle), conditioner (1 bottle), body wash (1 bottle), facial toner (1 bottle), and lotion (1 bottle) is provided in each guest room.

We ask that you bring your own facial cleansing products in addition to the standard set; additional charges may apply if you purchase them.

For guests beyond the standard occupancy, an additional fee of 10,000 won per person applies (for guests aged 36 months and older through adults); guests under 36 months are free.

Additional bedding or beds cannot be provided.

Infants and toddlers are included in the occupancy count; the maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded.

Room rates are based on a standard occupancy of two people.

For rooms with a standard capacity of 2 guests and a maximum capacity of 4 guests, an additional guest fee will be charged.

Check-in and check-out times can be confirmed at the time of booking; early check-in and late check-out incur additional fees. (10,000 won per hour)

Room information is subject to change at any time due to the partner’s circumstances, and the partner is not liable for any resulting inconvenience. Additionally, same-day reservation cancellations or schedule changes due to the customer’s circumstances are not permitted.

For consecutive nights including weekends and public holidays, a consecutive-night fee of 30,000 won will be charged.

Cancellations or refunds cannot be issued for refusals of check-in resulting from reservations made by minors or mixed-gender groups.

Even for special rooms with a maximum occupancy of two or more people, mixed-gender groups of three or more are not permitted unless they are a family unit.

Smoking in guest rooms or anywhere in the building will result in a fine of 100,000 won pursuant to Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act. Additionally, if you smoke in a guest room, you may be charged additional fees for deodorization.

Upon arrival, please present the reservation holder’s name or your reservation confirmation text message at the first-floor lobby, and we will assist you with the check-in process.

Parking fees will apply if you park a vehicle after booking a “Walk-in Special” rate.

In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act, cash and other valuables must, as a general rule, be deposited at the front desk; the affiliate is not liable for any valuables not deposited at the front desk.

A fee of 30,000 won will be charged for the loss of a room key card.

Please be advised that you may be asked to check out if you cause excessive noise due to drinking or loud shouting.

Damage to or theft of items within the guest room may result in criminal prosecution, and guest rooms are for lodging purposes only. Please inquire in advance if you wish to film for commercial purposes.

Compensation may be required for excessive damage to linens, wallpaper, or furniture. Additionally, you may be held liable for damages or fires resulting from the use of fire hazards such as gunpowder or fireworks.

2. No personal belongings or food allowed: Due to the high temperature, items may deform or ignite. Please store personal belongings outside, and refrain from bringing in food for a pleasant environment.

3. Responsibility for violating safety rules: If fire or facility damage occurs due to violation of usage rules or negligence, compensation for damages may be claimed under Article 750 of the Civil Act, and criminal liability (for accidental fire) may be incurred according to relevant laws. This is for everyone's safety, so we appreciate your active cooperation.
