Hello 🫡 Welcome 🤗 I like it ☺️😊☺️ It gives me strength 💪 🥰😍😘 They gave us a very nice room, and we relaxed comfortably, even with the spacious parking lot 🤗 I will definitely recommend this place for its value next time too 👍
The staff were friendly and it was fine.
The room condition wasn't bad and it was clean.
I usually don't leave bad reviews… I feel like I have to leave one for this place. I booked because a room listed at 150,000 won was on a huge weekday walk-in special, so I reserved it. Honestly I didn't expect much, but I was very disappointed. There was dust around the outlet, and every blanket had stains on it, which felt really gross. There were hairs in the refrigerator and lots of mold. The container holding the towels was full of dust and filth. Even though it was a 150,000 won room, I never imagined it would be this dirty. They said there is a 200,000 won fine for smoking, but because of the cigarette smell I slept with the window open the whole time… There were more than 20 Chinese travelers, and in the elevator they shoved themselves in even though I hadn't gotten off yet. Wolmido is a place I visit often, but I will never stay at the W Hotel again.

I booked last minute but the accommodation exceeded my expectations! They even upgraded our room at check-in, so we were able to use it more comfortably! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, so I rested well for a day! Netflix and YouTube worked fine, so my husband and I lost track of time playing around haha We'll revisit when we come to Wolmido next time!
I was very satisfied because they even upgraded our room. We were assigned a room in better condition than the one we originally booked, so we had a pleasant rest! The room was clean and all OTT services worked, so it was perfect to watch Netflix at night and relax It was just right haha The owner was kind, and it's a place I'd like to visit again when I go to Wolmido :)

Minors are not allowed to stay without an accompanying guardian, and no cancellations or refunds are possible for refusal of entry due to this policy.
After entry, if disturbance of public morals, discomfort to others, or complaints due to noise occur, guests may be asked to vacate immediately, and no cancellations or refunds will be possible.
Please understand that entry with pets is restricted.

If bedding or towels are damaged (blood stains, contamination, etc.), a charge of 100,000 KRW will be incurred.
If 2 or more additional guests beyond the standard occupancy for Superior and Deluxe rooms check in without prior reservation with the hotel, entry for additional guests will not be permitted.
Additional guests (co-ed groups are not allowed; families are an exception)
- Additional charge of 20,000 KRW per person beyond the standard occupancy. If 2 or more people reserve Superior or Deluxe rooms and do not make a prior reservation with the hotel for additional guests, entry for additional guests will not be permitted.
Entry is prohibited for non-registered guests, and unauthorized entry may result in additional charges or guests being asked to vacate immediately. No refunds for early departure.
. Seafood and smelly foods are not allowed.
. If not checked in by 12:00 AM on the day of check-in, it will be processed as a No-Show, and entry will not be permitted. (Prior contact after 24:00)
. For consecutive nights in Standard rooms, an additional 20,000 KRW payment is required.
Early Check-in or Late Check-Out incurs an additional charge per hour (10,000 KRW on weekdays, 15,000 KRW on weekends).
