Gwangalli Hotel Ocean View

I had a good rest.

The facilities were clean and everything was good, but the room was a bit smaller than I expected. Still, I rested well during the 2 nights and 3 days.

Oh, it was clean and nice—better than I expected.

The location is great, right in front of Gwangalli Beach. As soon as I entered the room, the ocean view from the window felt so refreshing that my mood instantly improved. The sea looked beautiful during the day, and at night the surrounding lights created a nice atmosphere. The room was overall tidy and the bedding was cozy, so I had a restful stay. There was very little noise, making it quiet, and the basic amenities were well provided. The front desk staff were also friendly, so I had no inconveniences from check-in to check-out. If you want to enjoy an ocean view with good value in the Gwangalli area, this is a place I would recommend. I will probably use it again next time I visit Busan.

The building is the size of a single-person motel and other buildings are blocking the view, so there’s hardly any ocean view—at best you can catch a little night view to the right if you stick your head out. Overall it was clean, but there were several disappointing aspects compared to my expectations.

This is my review of the Ocean View Suite, Ocean Double Room, where I stayed on my recent Gwangalli trip! First of all, the floor-to-ceiling window view you see as soon as you enter is absolutely insane... I didn’t need to go out to see the night view. Having a beer in the room while watching the night view felt like pure happiness. The room was much cleaner than the photos, and the bedding was clean and plush, so I got a great rest. If you’re deciding on accommodation near Gwangalli, I recommend this place. I plan to stay here again on my next Busan trip!
